Theme: Think Before You Write
Objective: Help participants define how they want to be perceived on paper

Agenda (30 minutes):

• 5 min – How hiring managers review resumes (scan patterns & decision triggers)
• 10 min – Defining your target: why a general resume weakens impact, identifying differentiators, and clarifying your value proposition
• 10 min – Writing a strong professional summary: what makes it compelling, positioning seniority and specialization, and a live example transformation
• 5 min – Homework: draft/refine summary and identify 3–5 strengths to emphasize
