Norman has extensive experience with assisting business clients with transactions ranging from incorporations of single-owner corporations to the restructuring and sale of multimillion dollar corporations.

Norman is well-versed in business law matters and has in-depth experience with various business and share structures, tax-related transactions and restructuring, the purchase and sale of business assets and shares, Unanimous Shareholders’ Agreements, and review and negotiation of commercial purchase, lease, and financing agreements.

Shannon carries on a general practice with an emphasis on workplace policies, wills and estates matters, residential real estate, and corporate and commercial matters. She joined Emery Jamieson LLP as an articling student after completing her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta in 2016.
