Being the highest level of court in Alberta, the Court of Appeal understandably has very high standards. Those high standards sometimes mean that processes and procedures are more complex and difficult to navigate.
Are you working on a Court of Appeal matter and you aren't quite sure what their processes are, what forms to use, or timelines they follow? Do you have more general questions about Court of Appeal procedures?
The AAPP invites you to join us for a presentation from the Court of Appeal on their processes and procedures. A member of the Court of Appeal Registry will give a brief talk and then the floor will be opened up for a question & answer period.
Our Presenter: Tatyana, Team Lead, Court of Appeal (Calgary)
