In partnership with the ADR Institute of Alberta, the Alberta Association of Professional Paralegals is proud to present our August webinar - Listening To Be Heard.

The Listening To Be Heard Workshop is an engaging informative session that builds your teams' communication skills and resiliency to manage conflict in a healthy way.

This workshop is designed for people and teams to listen, learn and grow. We can work with you to ensure the focus is on the strategies to ensure that you come together through conflict.

Our Presenter:  Don Schapira, Q. Med.

Don Schapira, Q.Med., has over 20 years experience in training and delivering positive messages to the boardroom, classroom, and the family room.

With a long history of building up positive corporate cultures, Don opened the doors to the Fresh Start for Families concept back in 2015.  Working with hundreds of families, and couples to find the better way to communicate, Don has also mentored youth directly to overcome conflict and find a better way to resolve their issues.

Trained at Northwestern University in Chicago, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta, Don currently works as a trainer for many not-for-profit and charitable organizations including, Peer Mediation & Skills Training, Rotary Canada and ADRIA.

Don has made it his goal to provide you with the right tools in order to help you find your very own Fresh Start
