Jacqueline completed her B.A. at the University of British Columbia, and then started her corporate career at McMillan LLP in 1999. Since 2003 she has been providing help desk support at ALF Software, and has taught courses at Vancouver Community College and casual lectures at many other post-secondary institutions.
