In this practical 15–20 minute session, Kayla and Veronica walk through what process serving really is, how Everway supports law firms across Canada through its network of agents, and exactly what information firms need to send on intake so their file gets served cleanly the first time. Attendees will leave with a one-page instruction sheet, a transparent fee schedule, and a clear picture of how to work with a serving partner who treats every file like it's going to a judge.
